Private Retreat

Guests have sole use of the house and outdoor area - no other guests or hosts on the property. Base rate is per couple and assumes use of the Master Bedroom only; other rooms will be locked.

Room Allocation

Rooms are allocated based on guest count:

  • 1-2 guests: Master Bedroom only
  • 3-4 guests: 2 bedrooms
  • 5-6 guests: 3 bedrooms (full house)

Additional $80 fee applies for extra room use outside of allocation.

Extra Guest Fee

Each additional person after 2 guests incurs a $80/person/night fee.
